Special guide for canyoning tours on the river Rakitnica (second largest canyon in Europe).
In his free time deals with hiking, biking and hobby is photography.

We will lead you through proper training and eating methods to balance your life and reach your goal whether it’s fat loss muscle gain or just having a healthy lifestyle. Food, other than being our main source of energy, it provides us with a variety of essential macro and micro nutrients to help us maintain a healthy body and function properly. Combined with training and exercise, that’s when you see real results!
ELCAMP members will be introduced to the basics of nutrition and it’s application to help adjust to a healthier lifestyle through seminars, tips and advice or even interactive quizzes. All members will be provided with healthy meal options throughout the entire trip that fits their liking requirements. They will also be supervised by our dietitian to make sure all their questions are answered.
Before the trip comes to an end, every member will be provided with a personalized plan with guidance that suits them to help them reach their goal.
