Training & exercise: training: In ELCAMP we truly believe that training and exercise is essential to you body and mind with its endless benefits. From controlling your weight to preventing health conditions and even improving your mood and boosting your energy. You will experience a various of activities including different workouts. Indoor and outdoor training where we could determine your needs and customize the perfect training schedule for you. It’s all about benefiting from our activities but we also want you to have fun. Experiencing different activities like hiking, biking and rafting will make it an unforgettable experience. Gym training will be fun an easy. You we be introduced to different training methods from endurance to strength and conditioning workouts individually and also participating in group classes. Teaching you simple ways of training that will change your location lifestyle to the better.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Day 1:
6 to 6:45 morning cardio
7 to 7:30 breakfast
8:30 head to gym
9 start testing procedure
12 head back to hotel
1 lunch
3 head to hiking
6 head back
7 dinner
Day 2:
6 to 6:45 morning cardio
7 to 7:30 breakfast
8:30 head to rafting
10:30 start rafting
2 lunch
3 to 6 sight seeing
7 dinner
8 head back to hotel
Day 3:
6 to 6:45 morning cardio
7 to 7:30 breakfast
8:30 head to gym
9 start class and cardio
12 head back to hotel
1 lunch
3 cable (telefrik) + skydive or sightseeing
6 head back
7 dinner
Day 4:
6 to 6:45 morning cardio
7 to 7:30 breakfast
8:30 biking
12 lunch in Hotel
2 head to Sarajevo
3 shopping and sightseeing
6 dinner
7 head back
Day 5:
6 to 6:45 morning cardio
7 to 7:30 breakfast
8:30 head to gym
9 start strength
12 lunch
2 head to hiking
6 head back to hotel
7 dinner
Day 6:
6 to 6:45 morning cardio
7 to 7:30 breakfast
8:30 start buggy ride
12 lunch at sight or hotel
2 Head to sightseeing (could be Mostar)
6 dinner at sight and head back to hotel
– The schedule is subject to change
– sightseeing places is according to the distance and schedule
– 6 days will be repeated to have 2 rafting 2 buggy 2 hiking 2 biking and 4 gym/sightseeing
– Total will be 12 days ( 2 days for traveling)
